Washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, insert (wood not provided), electric heating, TV, laptop. Sheets, household linen & towels provided for weekend rentals, [hidden] 2 nights max. Cleaning option possible at an additional cost. WIFI. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. .10,000 m² enclosed land shared by owners and 2 gites, with private area, not overlooked. Route du Lac running along the land. MANDATORY all invitations of people during the stay, must be the subject of a request for authorization from the owner Beyond one animal contact us, if agreement 30 € per week per additional animal. Animals must be kept on a leash on the property.

The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Wood is not provided by the owner. The tenant can bring some or buy some at the local Carrefour Market.
