From this old Landes house where wood and brick are the key words, you can stroll to the nearby lake and enjoy all the shops in the village on foot. Independent house with modern comfort, living room,
kitchen, 6 bedrooms (5 140 beds, 5 90 beds including 4 bunk beds), 4 shower rooms, 2 toilets,
relaxation area. Equipment: Washing machine, dishwasher, TV, microwave, TV, DVD. WIFI. Insert (wood not provided).
Baby bed and high chair. For your comfort, sheets, towels and household linen are provided, beds are made on arrival: which represents a saving of €180. Private garden, terrace, barbecue, garden furniture. Lake road running along the grounds. The maximum capacity of the cottage is 14 people: no additional person will be accepted. ESSENTIAL all invitations of people during the stay, must be the subject of a request for authorization from the owner. Beyond one animal, contact us, if agreed €30 per week per additional animal. The price includes: 8 KWh of electricity per day, 500 liters of water per day and 1/2 bottle of gas per week for cooking (if the accommodation is equipped with gas burners). Excess consumption will be collected by the owner at the end of your stay.
The price does not include: Wood is not provided by the owner. The tenant can bring some or buy some at the local Carrefour Market.
