You will find two terraces there, the main one, facing the forest not overlooked and facing West and the other facing South at the front of the villa in a very intimate location, and in a very pleasant area.

The villa is completely renovated and is on two levels:

On the ground floor: A fully equipped and fitted kitchen communicating with a living-dining room area, a pleasant room crossing the entire ground floor, there is a flat screen, sofa, dining table, and a wood stove.

In the hallway: a separate toilet, a bathroom and a bedroom with access to the terrace and a large wall cupboard.

Upstairs: The villa consists of 3 bedrooms including a master suite with an adjoining bathroom.
Two of the bedrooms have a 160 bed, one bedroom with a 140 bed and the last bedroom has a 140 sofa bed.
A separate toilet completes the whole.
