Close to all amenities, it is about ten meters from the beach and the oyster huts, accessible by an external staircase.

The villa consists of a large living room offering a panoramic view of the Basin, an open and equipped kitchen and a dining room.

Night side: You will find 4 bedrooms including 1 bed 140, 2 beds 80, 2 beds 90 modular in 180 and 1 bed 140 with a view of the Basin. One of the bedrooms has a terrace, while another has a balcony. Two of the bedrooms are adjoining a bathroom. The set also includes an additional bathroom, a bathroom and 2 separate toilets.

You can enjoy a large wooden terrace of 60 m² with a view of the Bassin equipped with a jacuzzi, sun loungers, garden furniture and barbecue.
A second gate, on the Bassin side, in the garden allows you to directly access the oyster village.

A studio attached to the house offers total independence to the occupants who stay there.

It has an open and equipped kitchen, a living room with a sofa bed in 160 with a view of the Bassin.
The sleeping area has a 160 bed with a view of the Bassin as well, a bathroom with WC.
A small terrace with a view of the Bassin in front of the apartment, will allow you to enjoy the mild summer evenings.
