House adjoining the "Les Iris" gîte with independent entrance and view of the countryside: living room (Orange TV) with kitchen area (fiber coffee maker no. 4), bedroom 1 (1 double bed 160 x 190), bedroom 2 (1 double bed 140 x 190), bathroom with Wc. Unfenced garden (but removed from all traffic) of 1500 m² on property of 10,000 m², ping-pong table under cover, mini-caravan for children, football goals, trampoline, bicycles available.
Sheets and duvet covers provided; beds made for the arrival of guests. Bathroom and household linen, cleaning products provided.
Electric heating and cleaning included. Possibility of renting two or three gîtes (G649 and G713 and G841): 5% reduction for the rental of 2 gîtes and 10% for 3 gîtes.
