South-facing, it is very sunny and affords a lovely view over the chalets and the mountain. A large, comfortable triplex recommended for a relaxing or active holiday, whatever the season.

The building offers an exceptional view of the MĂŽnetier glacier and is within close proximity of the Grands Bains de MonĂȘtier, renown for its natural hot springs. A shuttle bus - free for those holding a ski pass - serves the villages of the valley so that you may enjoy the entire Serre Chevalier ski area stretching over 250km.
