In the heart of the Creuse Valley, less than a kilometer (on foot) from a beach and 5 minutes from Argenton-sur-Creuse, old forge rehabilitated with sauna and 300 meters:

A swimming pool on the site of the other gites, heated depending on the weather (shared with 3 other gites) from May to September, with a depth of 1.50 meters, a chalet (shower and toilet); authorized times 10 [hidden], 9 [hidden] and a Nordic bath heated by wood (not functional July, August);

To visit: Gargilesse-Dampierre (one of the most beautiful villages in France), Argentomagus, La Brenne or even Lake Eguzon.. Zoo Parc de BEAUVAL at 1h15. On the ground floor: Living room and kitchen fitted out in the old forge with its red brick fireplace and a wall-mounted wood stove - pantry - toilet - shower room with Italian shower and sauna.

On the 1st floor: a master bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 cm with bathtub and island including sink and toilet - living room with office area.

On the 2nd floor: bedroom with 1 bed 160 x 200 cm and 1 single bed - Zen corner on the mezzanine (2 foam armchairs; extra).
For good insulation, the walls are coated with a mixture of hemp and lime.

Public parking on the square 50 meters away.

Electric heating (billed according to consumption) and wood (€45 per cubic meter).
Green space at 300m on common part of other gites, of 2800 m² with trampoline and ping-pong, petanque ground;

Greenway at 2mn, possibility of renting bikes on Argenton sur Creuse
