The ground floor comprises three bedrooms: the first with a 160cm double bed, the second with a 180cm double bed and two 90cm bunk beds with an en-suite shower room and toilet, and the third with a 160cm double bed, a shower room, and a separate toilet. Upstairs, a spacious and bright living room opens onto a large balcony with panoramic mountain views. The living area includes a TV and a single sofa bed (for extra guests), an open-plan and fully equipped kitchen (4-burner gas hob), dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, oven, and both Nespresso and filter coffee machines. There is also a separate laundry area (washing machine) with a separate toilet.
