The fully equipped kitchen includes storage cupboards, an induction hob, a fridge-freezer, an oven, a microwave, a double sink and a dishwasher. It is decorated with a table with 4 chairs for your family meals. The living room, spacious and friendly, has two fixed sofas, a coffee table and a TV. A veranda with storage furniture offers additional space to enjoy the natural light.

Outside, you can relax on the terrace of approximately 200 m², which includes a lounge area and a garden table with matching chairs, all surrounded by a flower garden with two deckchairs to enjoy the sun.
