Located just 300 meters from Saint Clair beach and 1.5 km from the city center of Le Lavandou, this residence offers a magnificent view of the sea, facing south-east. Access to the apartment is via about ten steps, at the end of the building, with no apartment above.

At the entrance, you will find a hallway with a refrigerator. The bathroom, bright thanks to its window, is equipped with a toilet.

The main room opens through a French window onto a beautiful terrace with a sea view. It includes a BZ sofa (120 cm wide) for two people, a dish storage unit, a lamp, a folding table with chairs, a television and an air conditioner for your comfort.

The kitchen area is functional, with a sink, storage cupboards, a 2-burner electric hob, a microwave oven, a fridge-freezer and a small washing machine.

A miller's staircase leads to the mezzanine, where there is a 140 cm bed and a chest of drawers.
