The kitchen is fully functional with a single stainless steel sink, storage cupboards, a Rowenta oven, a 2-burner ceramic hob, a fridge, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso pod machine.

A hallway with a wardrobe and mirror provides practical storage. The bathroom, equipped with a small window, includes a washing machine, a washbasin on a cabinet with mirror, a vacuum cleaner, a toilet and a shower cubicle.

Outside, the south-east facing terrace is perfect for enjoying the sun, with a garden table and chairs as well as two deckchairs for your moments of relaxation. A sun blind will allow you to protect yourself from the sun's rays.
