The kitchen, practical and functional, includes a sink, storage cupboards, a dishwasher, a washing machine, an oven, a microwave, a 3-burner ceramic hob and an extractor hood, as well as a refrigerator.

Outside, the south-facing terrace is furnished with a garden table and chairs, as well as a sun awning to protect you from the sun.
