The living room is equipped with a round wooden table accompanied by four matching chairs. It benefits from beautiful natural light thanks to the sliding bay windows which open onto a 12 m² terrace, facing southeast, offering an unobstructed view and a glimpse of the sea.

An adjoining living room, which can be closed by an accordion door, also opens through bay windows onto the terrace. It is furnished with a two-seater sofa, a large wardrobe and an elegant rattan lounge.
