Traditional house with exposed stones and beams located in the heart of the Vignoble Nantais, 14 km from Clisson and 21 km from Nantes, and adjoining the owners' house.
Private unfenced courtyard of 30 m² for sunny meals, unfenced space at the back of the cottage (shared with owners) with views of the countryside, vineyards and pond (not secure).
Ground floor: living room with open fitted kitchen.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190), shower room/wc.
Additional equipment: wifi, DVD player, Hifi, baby bed and high chair.
Included: aerothermal heating and electricity.
Not included: sheets (10€/bed), towels (7€/pers.) and tourist tax. Mandatory cleaning package for professional customers (€65).
