Description of the accommodation

Gite located in a quiet area, on the wine estate, 15km from Clisson and 25km from Nantes (adjoining the owner's house).
Courtyard with view of the vineyards and non-adjoining garden of 100 m² not closed.
Single storey: living room (insert fireplace) with sofa bed (140x190), living room in the veranda (1 access step), separate kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1: 1 bed 140x190, 2: 2 beds 90x190), shower room and Independent WC.
Additional equipment: wifi, freezer, complete baby equipment, radio/CD, DVD player.
Included: gas heating, electricity, sheets (beds made).
Not included: wood, towels and tourist tax. Compulsory cleaning fee for professional customers (90€).

"Excellent séjour au milieu des vignes avec un accueil chaleureux La maison est au milieu des vignes, bien au calme, bien équipée. La cuisine a été refaite récemment et les équipements sont complets. Dans la maison on trouve même des meubles, jeux, puzzles, livres adaptés aux bébés et aux enfants. Le propriétaire est très sympa, il nous a dépanné des ingrédients pour le repas et nous a proposé une dégustation de vins."
