Description of the accommodation

This duplex apartment is located in the old part of Le Chinaillon in Le Grand Bornand resort and has a surface area of 67m². It will sleep up to 9 people, with 3 bedrooms and extra sleeping in a space on the mezzanine and has a chimney (logs are provided!).
On the lower level the living space is open plan with areas for cooking, eating and relaxing. The fully fitted kitchen has a hob, oven, fridge and dishwasher. There is a large range of cooking utensils as well as good storage space.
The dining area has a table, chairs and bench seat with glasses, crockery and cutlery for over 8 people.
The lounge/sitting area is furnished with a modern three piece suite. There is a lovely chimney and logs are supplied for free! For your entertainment you have free wifi, a flat screen TV/video, DVD player and radio/CD player with a range of DVDs, videos, books and games.
A picture window opens out onto the South facing balcony with good views to the ski slopes and the mountains beyond. There are outdoor tables and chairs to enjoy the sunshine & view.
Bedroom 1 on the main floor has a double bed with a built-in wardrobe unit. There is a bath/shower room with vanity basin and washing machine/tumble dryer. Adjacent there is a separate toilet.
Upstairs: Bedroom 2 has twin beds and Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed (top bunk bed is 90cm wide and bottom bunk bed is 120cm wide). Next to both bedrooms is a shower room with a second toilet and hand basin. There is a large mezzanine area which can be used for 2 more beds (provided) or may also be used as a play area.
There is a very spacious garage (where the logs are stored) as well as a ski locker and an external parking space.
All sheets and bath towels are supplied.
