Description of the accommodation

This independent chalet will charm you during your stay, spacious and modern, it has an outdoor garage that can accommodate a car, it is equipped with a shoe dryer and a supply of wood.
You will be able to take enjoy the terrace well exposed to the sun and equipped with garden furniture to restore you or to relax you.
The ground floor includes an entrance giving access to the kitchen open to the living space as well as an independent toilet and a storeroom with a sink and a fridge in the continuity of the entrance hallway.
The kitchen is modern, fully equipped (oven, fridge ...) and open to the dining area and living room.
The cosy and warm living room guarantees you nice evenings by the fire on winter evenings.
The lower floor includes a double bedroom with a shower room and adjoining toilet. A bedroom with two single beds equipped with a TV and access to the balcony and a bedroom with a bunk bed. A laundry room is at your disposal equipped with a sink, a washing machine, a dryer and an ironing board.
The second floor includes a double room with access to the balcony, mountain view, equipped with a TV, a balneo bathroom, shower and private toilet, and a second double room with shower and private toilet.
The chalet is rented with linen included and the beds will be made on your arrival.
The chalet is ideally located to discover the region and its assets.
For your winter vacations it is located 2.4km from the ski lifts at Chinaillon and 3.2km from the Rosay cable car at Grand Bornand and 200m from the bus stop. For your summer vacations it is at the foot of the hiking trails.
The price includes linen (sheets, towels, tea towels, bath mats - beds made on arrival!).
The cleaning at the end of the stay is included, however, the premises must be left in a correct state (beds unmade, garbage taken out, dishwasher emptied etc...)
Parties are not allowed in the chalet, thank you for your understanding!
