Description of the accommodation

Chalet Les Laurencières, is located near the old Chinaillon, in the commune of Le Grand Bornand, is a high standard chalet built in the style of the chalets of yesteryear. The chalet sleeps up to 18 people (260m²) in two flats (but they are connected from the inside of the chalet). Therefore, you have 2 kitchens and 2 living rooms.
On the ground floor you have a large garage where it is possible to park between 5 and 6 cars. In a corner of this garage you have a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. A stairs in the garage gives you access to the living areas.
This chalet has 7 spacious bedrooms, all with storage lockers. On the first floor is the 1st flat. Here you have 3 bedrooms. Two of them have a double bed and the third has two bunk beds (sleeps 4). You also have two bathrooms and a separate toilet.
If you go up one floor (still from the inside of the chalet) you arrive at the second flat. You will then arrive in the large living room with kitchen, dining room and lounge with fireplace and internet connection. The kitchen is spacious and has a large fridge, dishwasher, electric cooker, microwave and a wide range of kitchen utensils. On this floor there is also a separate toilet.
On the third floor there are four bedrooms. Three of them have a double bed (one with a cot) and the last one has four single beds. There is also a bathroom with a shower and bath and a separate toilet.
The chalet has balconies and a well exposed terrace with magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and slopes.
Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

Chalet superbe

Un chalet sur 3 niveaux sans compter le garage, très accueillant pouvant recevoir jusqu’à 20 personnes, une ambiance chaleureuse avec la cheminée et les bûches à disposition dans une grande salle permettant de dresser une table où manger tous ensemble. Un garage pouvant recevoir 5 voitures. Equipement complet et fonctionnel. L’emplacement du chalet est pratique avec l’arrêt des navettes d’accès aux pistes à 50 m, 1 navette toutes les 15 mn. Pour les marcheurs les pistes sont à 20 mn à pieds. La vue sur les pistes est très belle surtout sous le soleil. Un sentier vers le vieux village puis les pistes de ski de fond permet de belles balades et des sorties en luge pour les plus jeunes. En bref si nous retournions au Grand-Bornand nous irions de nouveau « Aux Laurencières ».
