On the ground floor, you will have a relaxation area in the veranda, a living room with lounge area with convertible sofa (possibility of 2 additional beds with supplement of 10€/night/person) and fireplace, a dining area and an equipped kitchen. You will also have at your disposal a laundry room, a bathroom with large walk-in shower and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the cottage offers 2 double bedrooms (140 cm beds), a twin bedroom (2 90x200 beds), a dressing room with office/teleworking area and a toilet with sink. Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant flowered and enclosed garden, a sheltered terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue and you will have the possibility of bringing in your cars. The beds will be made upon your arrival, wood for the fireplace will be extra (15€/case), heating and electricity extra. 40 minutes from the city center of Troyes, 30 minutes from the factory outlets and 5 minutes from a small town with all the shops and amenities, come and discover this charming half-timbered cottage that can accommodate 6 to 8 people. In a quiet little street, you can recharge your batteries and enjoy a nicely decorated house.
