(Ref: La Lézardière) - Top of villa (80 m²) with swimming pool - Fenced and wooded garden (1,500 m²) with synthetic grass - Well insulated accommodation maintaining a pleasant temperature - 1 km from the beaches and shops - Non-private parking spaces in front of the house - Independent access to the accommodation by a staircase with about fifteen steps.

You will have free access to the property's swimming pool in summer only from 10 [hidden] to 9 [hidden] (width 5 m / length 10 m - sloping bottom with progressive water height from 1 m to 2.20 m) - Swimming pool left at the disposal of holidaymakers.

Private outdoor terrace (30 m²) with garden table and chairs, 2 deckchairs, electric plancha - Independent fitted kitchen (4-burner stove - washing machine - oven - microwave - fridge/freezer - filter coffee maker - Senseo pod coffee maker) - Main room with fixed sofa, 2 armchairs and television - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140) and mosquito net window - 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90), wardrobe and desk - Shower room with shower and integrated toilet.

Le Brusc is a district of the commune of Six-Fours-les-Plages in the Var, 15 km from Toulon, a small fishing village and summer resort. To the north are the communes of Sanary-sur-Mer and Bandol. Further away, the Beausset basin and the foothills of the Sainte-Baume massif. To the south, Le Brusc is separated from the open sea by the Brusc lagoon and the Embiez archipelago. To the west lies the Brusc-Six-Fours-Sanary harbor, followed by gulfs and bays (Bandol, Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, La Ciotat, Cassis and Marseille).
