In the heart of Brenne and Berry, at the exit of Le Blanc and in an area of 8 hectares with a view of the Creuse, the "Limicole" gîte is located near the Maison de Maître with its 5 guest rooms.

The pluses: breathtaking view of the Creuse valley (river view) close to the city center, the Brenne ponds but also Poitou (Futuroscope)
Reception of horses on site.

pets not allowed On the ground floor: independent entrance leading to the living room with fitted kitchen, lounge (leather sofa and armchair) and dining area - bathroom with wc.

Upstairs: landing and crossing bedroom with 2 beds of 80x200 and 1 bedroom with 1 bed of 160 x200 - wc with washbasin and washing machine.

Private parking in the property, private terrace and a small private plot under a walnut tree.
Access to the park and a covered shelter (possibility to put bikes).

Electric heating, beds made on arrival, towels and tea towels provided. The accommodation is rented clean, must be returned in the state in which you found it. (deposit 200 euros).
