In a natural environment, set back from a hamlet, this gîte is an old independent farm with a courtyard and open land (3000 m²), just 5 km from the Lavalette dam and the base. leisure activities (swimming, sailing, rowing, hiking).
Nearby: Montfaucon 6 km (church, unique collection of 12 Flemish paintings, tourist train, shops), Dunières 12 km (greenway, shops and services).
All shops and services in Yssingeaux (13 km). On the ground floor, the dining room has a wood stove, the separate kitchen is fully equipped, the living room is independent and has a convertible sofa and a TV, laundry room, WC.
On the 1st floor: 2 bedrooms (1 bed 140 each), 1 bedroom (2 beds 90), bathroom with toilet.
