On the ground floor: fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, fan oven, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, etc.) opening onto the living room (flat screen TV, stereo + USB/IPOD connection, DVD player, CD, library). On the 1st floor: a bedroom (1 bed 160x200), a large bathroom, a separate toilet, a large master bedroom (1 bed 200x200). On the 2nd floor: a bedroom (2 beds 90x200) which will delight children. Outside, an enclosed plot of 230 m2 (courtyard and garden) allows you to park 2 cars and relax among the flowers and shrubs. Free Wi-Fi. Pellet stove heating at an additional cost: €10/15 kg bag. TOURIST ATTRACTIONS: Château de Bligny (20 km), Forêt d'Orient Nature Park and its lakes, Clairvaux Abbey, Nigloland amusement park, Troyes, its old town and its factory outlets (40 km). 40 km from Troyes and the Nigloland amusement park, 20 km from the Magnant exit on the A5 motorway, come and spend a pleasant stay in the heart of the Aube vineyards, in a village full of character. The small summer house is a charming cottage made of local stone combining authenticity and modernity. The cottage was designed with the aim of preserving the environment and is labeled eco-cottage. Proximity to nature, gentle living and tranquility characterize the environment of the cottage which will bring you relaxation and well-being. Swimming pool to share with the owners open from the beginning of June to the end of September depending on weather conditions, heated to 28 degrees, open every day from 10am to 12pm and from 2pm to 6pm.

The price does not include: Rental of bed linen, towels, end-of-stay cleaning, bags of pellets needed to operate the pellet stove.

Roseline Demeyère gives theater classes in the Charleroi region (Belgium). Jean-François runs public speaking training courses and runs a professional theater company. He is artistic advisor at the Palais des Beaux-Arts in Charleroi. Roseline and Jean-François Demeyère have been married for 35 years and have two adult children. He lives in Belgium but regularly goes to Landreville. They enjoy gardening, cooking, reading, taking part in cultural events, are passionate about genealogy and are happy to help.
