By land and sea, this house will be your ideal starting point for visiting the surrounding area: you will be 10 minutes from Auray by car, 15 minutes from Erdeven and Carnac and 20 minutes from the Gulf of Morbihan. 5 minutes from the house, you will find all the local shops. Hallage du Blavet (ideal for walking or cycling) and Nautical kayak base 20 min away. Chemin de Cadoudal (forest circuit on the banks of the Ria d'Étel) 10 min away. You can also easily reach Lorient and its interceltic festival via the Landaul-Mendon train station located in the immediate vicinity of the house with approximately one TER per hour. The keys will be collected from the Étel agency.
