Description of the accommodation

Pretty house of type F4 of 110 m² on one level. A terrace with a table and garden chairs with a beautiful view of Lamalou les Bains. The accommodation is 700 meters from the heart of the city center and 900 meters from the Thermal Baths of Lamalou les Bains, with a SOUTH WEST exposure. A fitted kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, an oven, a microwave, induction hobs, a filter coffee maker, a Senséo coffee maker, a table and four chairs, a television. A living room with a television, a 3-seater non-convertible sofa, 2 armchairs, a table and chairs, a non-functional decorative fireplace. A bedroom with a 160 bed, closet, adjoining bathroom with a shower cabin, sink and toilet. A 2nd bedroom with a 140 bed, wardrobe... giving access to the terrace. A 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, desk, wardrobe cupboard, WC area, adjoining sink. Separate WC with hand basin. A bathroom with sink and corner bathtub, a hair dryer. A garage for vehicles and bicycles, a dressing area with washing machine and storage cupboard. From the garage to the first level the house is equipped with a Stannah stairlift. Wifi in the house.
