Description of the accommodation

20 m² accommodation in a quiet residence, on the first floor with elevator. A South-East exposure near the Usclade park. The accommodation is located 100 meters from the city center and 50 meters from the Lamalou thermal baths. A kitchen equipped with a two-burner ceramic hob, a hood, a top refrigerator, a microwave, an oven ... open to the main room which includes a table, chairs, a flat screen TV, a 140 bed, 1 wicker armchair, a storage cupboard and a small balcony. A bathroom with a shower, a sink and a toilet. Wifi in the accommodation. Laundromat in the Residence. PETS ACCEPTED. A baby travel cot can be made available on request within the limit of our stock. Mandatory tax in addition: Tourist tax and Animal tax (2€/day/animal)
