Beautiful 41 m² F2 apartment, air-conditioned, 1st floor with elevator, a view overlooking the garden of the Residence, stadium side with a NORTH exposure, located 500 meters from the heart of Lamalou Les BAINS and 700 meters from the Thermal Baths. An American kitchen with an oven, four-burner electric hobs, an extractor hood, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine... open to the living room which includes a 140 cm sofa bed, a table and chairs, a flat screen TV. A separate bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a large storage cupboard and a TV. A bathroom with a shower equipped with a folding chair and a grab bar, a sink, a toilet with a grab bar. A large terrace with a table, garden chairs. WIFI in the accommodation. In the residence there are 10 spaces for bicycles in an outdoor shelter. PETS ACCEPTED. A travel cot for babies can be made available on request within the limit of our stock.
