Description of the accommodation

At your disposal: a living room with open fitted kitchen, convertible sofa (140x190 bed), a bedroom with two 90*200cm beds that can be pushed together, and a 90*190cm bed and an adjoining dressing room. Shower room with shower cubicle, basin and WC. Provision of tumble dryer for owners. Beds will be made on arrival, table linen (tablecloth, tea towels) will be provided, heating and electricity will be included in the price of the stay. Free WIFI. Outside, you will benefit from 400 m2 of enclosed and private land (courtyard and garden), a terrace with pergola and garden furniture and barbecue (gas or charcoal) and a parking space. The owners will be delighted to present their local products to you (seasonal fruits and vegetables). 15 minutes from the historic center of Troyes and the factory outlets, 25 km from Chaource and the Lacs de la Forêt d'Orient and 2 hours from Paris. The Gîte des Frétées is a single-storey cottage adjoining the owners' house and can accommodate 4 to 5 people.
