14 km from Aurillac, between the Cantal mountains and Aveyron, this independent house located in the owner's enclosure welcomes you in a quiet environment. You will benefit from a private heated swimming pool of 10X5m secured by an electric shutter and open from June 1 to September 28, 2024.
Nearby, you can enjoy hiking in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Nature Park and the Lot Valley, canoeing in Viellevie, fishing and cycling. You can also discover the richness of the regional built heritage by visiting the historic center of Aurillac, the villages of Conques, Salers and Tournemire, classified as the Most Beautiful Villages in France and the towns of Marcolès and Montsalvy, classified as Small Towns of Character.
