This detached house built on a plot of 300 m² and in a quiet area has been completely renovated. It has a large garden with arches for bicycles and a beautiful sheltered terrace of approximately 20m² which will be equipped with a barbecue so you can enjoy your vacation.
You can enter on the bay window side with direct access to a beautiful open, bright, modern and fully equipped kitchen. You will find a large dining table as well as the lounge area in the corner. The decoration is modern and the materials are of high quality. Still on the ground floor, a separate toilet as well as a bathroom with walk-in shower and washing machine. There are large storage cupboards in the corridor which serves these two rooms (the front door of the house opens onto this corridor).
The sleeping area is upstairs and consists of 3 bedrooms.
2 bedrooms are equipped with 140 cm beds and the 3rd has 2 90 cm beds which can be joined to make a large 160 cm bed. Each bedroom has fitted wardrobes and 2 of them have a large adjoining balcony with tables and chairs overlooking on the garden.
A second bathroom (more spacious) as well as an additional separate WC complete the sleeping area.
Close to the beach, cycle paths, shops and surrounding activities.
For optimal comfort, find private parking spaces on the grounds and in front of the house.
