On the ground floor: kitchen area, spacious dining room/living room with convertible sofa (possibility of a 4th person with supplement), television, dining area and pizza oven. Upstairs: mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed + 1 single bed), bathroom with shower, double sink and WC. Shared washing machine at the owner's house, charges included except pellets for the stove (4€/day only if used). Outside, you will enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, pergola and barbecue, private and enclosed parking. 15 km from Montier en Der, 30 km from Bar sur Aube and 54 km from Troyes. In a peaceful village located in the heart of the forest, house adjoining the owners (courtyard and common grounds).
