Located in the village, this house is 20 minutes from the Beauval Zoo, 10 minutes from the Château de Valençay and 40 minutes from the Châteaux de la Loire Independent gîte with private and enclosed courtyard.

On the ground floor: living room with kitchen, living room and dining room, a bedroom with a double bed, a shower room, a laundry room and an entrance.

Upstairs, on the mezzanine, a room opening onto the stairs with 2 single beds.

Outside: an enclosed and private courtyard under development.
The owner can lend 2 adult bikes and a child's bike.
The all-inclusive price includes: bed linen and towels for the stay, end-of-stay cleaning (excluding dishes and garbage cans), heating and electricity with reasoned and reasonable consumption - if the heating of the gîte is electric you have 15 Kwh per day (the excess will be paid on site to the hosts).
