The Gîte du Prés des Rochas is located in lush greenery, 800 m from the beaches and shops, 7 km from Guérande and 15 km from La Baule. Enclosed wooded land of 1000 m² with terrace and bicycle storage.
Single storey: living room/living room with open fitted kitchen (combined oven), 2 bedrooms (1: 1 160x200 bed with outside access and private terrace, 2: 2 90x190 beds), shower room, separate WC (access from the bathroom) 'water). Laundry in outside room.
