Located in Résidence du Domaine de Ste Anne, Grière district in La Tranche Sur Mer, holiday cottage for 4 people, 34m2, offering a living room with equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave grill, 2 hotplates, coffee maker, kettle and toaster), dining table and flat screen TV.
A separate bedroom with a 140 double bed and closet. A bathroom with shower, sink and a separate toilet.
An attic mezzanine with 2 bedrooms each with a 90 single bed as well as a play area and storage shelves.
Paved and fenced terrace with garden furniture, parasol, gas barbecue and 2 sunbeds.
You can also enjoy the communal swimming pool open from mid-June to mid-September as well as free private parking and direct access to the beach through the forest just 500m from the rental. This rental is labeled 2 Clévacances.
Animals are not allowed. End of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.
Additional services on request: rental of sheets, towels and baby equipment. Rental of 4G wifi box possible: €40/week.
