Description of the accommodation

In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the residence Le RÊVE***, is the ideal place to spend your holidays in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation pool open from April to the 3rd week of September and heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer).
New apartment of 56 m2 on the 1st floor, facing the sea, for 4/6 people, with magnificent view of the ocean and the Ile de Ré.
It consists of a living room of 23m2 with lounge, sofa convertible into a 2-seater bed, flat screen TV, an open kitchen fitted and equipped (fridge and microwave). A bedroom with sea view with a double bed 160 and dressing room. A 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds of 80 that can be pushed together, dressing room. A bathroom with walk-in shower. Separate toilet. LUXURY range equipment: dishwasher, oven, washing machine and reversible air conditioning.
Bright apartment with a large bay window opening onto a large 14m2 balcony with terrace furniture. Apartment labeled Clévacances: 3 keys. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
Available free of charge, a private parking space allowing one vehicle per apartment. Please note that there is no visitor space available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for rental (40€/week).
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (bed and high chair) available upon reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.
Additional services and upon reservation: rental of sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
Four districts, four faces: The town center, La Grière to the south, the Lighthouse to the west and the Hameau de la Terrière.

Saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung in idealer Lage direkt am Strand. Angenehmer Entspannungspool und schöne Anlage. Wir haben uns dort mit zwei Kindern und einem Hund sehr wohl gefühlt.
