Description of the accommodation

In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the residence Le RÊVE***, is the ideal place to spend your holidays in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation pool open from April to the 3rd week of September and heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer).
New apartment of 56 m2 on the 1st floor, with magnificent view of the ocean and the Ile de Ré, can accommodate 6 people.
It consists of a living room of 23m2 with lounge area, sofa convertible into a 2-seater bed, flat screen TV, an open fitted and equipped kitchen. A bedroom with 1 double bed 160 and dressing room, a second bedroom with 2 single beds 80 (can be pushed together) and dressing room. A bathroom with walk-in shower, a separate toilet and a storage room. The living room has a large bay window opening onto a large 15m2 balcony with sofa. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
A private parking space is available free of charge, allowing one vehicle per apartment. Please note that there is no visitor space available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for rental (40€/week).
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (bed and high chair) available upon reservation and subject to availability.
The end-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.
Additional services and upon reservation: rental of sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
Four districts, four faces: The town center, La Grière to the south, the Lighthouse to the west and the Hameau de la Terrière.

Logement très fonctionnel et emplacement idéal avec vue mer et accès par portillon la place de parking est idéale et nécessaire puis on fait tout à pied puisque nous sommes au centre ville

Appartement très bien agencé,fonctionnel et propre avec une terrasse superbe que nous n'avons pas pu utiliser à cause du temps mais cela va nous donner l'occasion de revenir ! La résidence est très moderne et très bien placée ! A l'unanimité nous avons adoré ....

Séjour très agréable dans un appartement confortable doté d'une belle terrasse avec une vue sur la mer à 180°. Idéalement placé avec un jardin donnant directement sur la plage et à proximité immédiate du centre ville et des commerces
