Apartment on the ground floor overlooking the interior courtyard of the residence and the street. Ideal for 4 people, accommodation including a living room with convertible sofa, fitted and equipped kitchen area, a cabin with 2 90cm bunk beds, a bathroom with sink and bathtub, separate toilet. Outside, unfenced courtyard with terrace furniture. Access to the residence swimming pool (heated from 01/06 to 15/09). At the reception of the residence possibility of access to wifi (low speed) and laundry (payable). Private parking for 25 paid spaces (to be reserved before your arrival and subject to availability).
