Description of the accommodation

Location: house (1960/single storey) on a large enclosed plot of land (1,000 m²), left in a natural state and with trees, built in a residential area of the Lighthouse. At approx. 200 m. from access to Coraux beach (tranc 13 access) and approx. 1,000 m. from the town center of La Tranche sur Mer (15 min. walk).
- entrance from the back of the house,
- 1 main room opening onto the terrace (wooden), consisting of a living room and lounge area, with sofa, flat screen TV (satellite),
- 1 small kitchen area (4-burner ceramic hob, hood, oven, microwave, refrigerator with a storage compartment),
- 2 bedrooms, one with 1 double bed. (140) and the second with 1 140 bed and 2 bunk beds.
- 1 small bathroom (sink and shower cubicle) and 1 separate toilet, - 1 pantry with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer.
Additional equipment: free WIFI access.
Outside: terrace protected by an awning, garden furniture and sun loungers, barbecue (built). Parking on site (parking possible for 2 vehicles).
End of stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenant. Cleaning option on reservation 60 euros. Sheets and household linen not provided, paid option upon reservation. Provide a civil liability insurance certificate with the resort clause. Holiday vouchers accepted. Electricity consumption extra out of season.
