Description of the accommodation

In the heart of La Tranche sur Mer, on the seafront of the central beach, the residence Le RÊVE***, is the ideal place to spend your holidays in a dream setting. Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation pool open from April to the 3rd week of September and heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer).
This new 56 m2 apartment on the ground floor, sea view can accommodate 4/6 people.
It consists of a 23m2 living room with fitted and equipped kitchen, open to the living room with sofa bed and flat screen TV.
The large bay window in the living room opens onto a beautiful 14m2 terrace with garden furniture and a magnificent sea view! The apartment also has a sea view bedroom with 1 double "queen size" bed 160 and dressing room, and a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds 80 (can be pushed together), and dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
Available free of charge, a private parking space allowing one vehicle per apartment. Please note that there is no visitor space available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for rental (40€/week)
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (bed and high chair) available upon reservation and subject to availability.
Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.
Additional services and upon reservation: rental of sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning.

La Tranche sur Mer is a family seaside resort that will reveal many facets to you. You will be able to discover the marshes, the forest, the beach... multiple landscapes which will not leave you indifferent.
Facing the Ile de Ré, La Tranche-Sur-Mer retains and cultivates its island character. We find there the charm of low houses with white walls and red tiled roofs; you get lost in the cobbled streets that intertwine to finally converge on the Grande Place in the center of the village.
13 km of fine sandy beaches, 8 of which face south, La Tranche-Sur-Mer is a succession of renowned spots for surfing, kite surfing, sand yachting and windsurfing. Windsurfers call it "Little California".
Four districts, four faces: The town center, La Grière to the south, the Lighthouse to the west and the Hameau de la Terrière.

Très bonne localisation, remise des clés pratique grâce à la boite disponible, vue sur la mer très agréable. Par contre vérifier la propreté du logement avant la mise à disposition.
