Description of the accommodation

Location: house (1 floor), in the city center, 150 m from shops (bakery, fruit and vegetables, etc.) and 300 m (on foot) from the central beach. Pleasant pied-à-terre close to all amenities and entertainment, without having to take your vehicle.
Layout:
- On the ground floor: an entrance with the staircase (17 steps) giving access to the upper floor and the rooms downstairs: a bedroom with 2 single beds. opening onto a small corridor, which leads to a laundry room (washing machine) and a bathroom (sink, shower cubicle, heated towel rail) with WC,
- Upstairs: large room (with a safety barrier to close access to the stairs) divided into:
-> a living room-lounge area with sofa bed (2 people), a TV (flat screen), a radio CD player, an air conditioner (monobloc), a 2-door refrigerator with freezer compartment, wall storage with 1 dishwasher and 1 microwave,
-> a kitchen area (4-burner ceramic hob, 1 extractor hood, 1 oven),
-> a separate WC.
Outside: no private parking space, parking card available to enter the Stella Maris, Boiral, central beach and Maupas car parks. End of stay cleaning on reservation: flat rate of €70
Electricity consumption to be expected in addition in low season (from 01/1 to 15/06 and from 15/09 to 31/12).
