A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A steep staircase (not suitable for young children) leading to the mezzanine with two adjoining sleeping areas: 1st part, 2 bunk beds of 80cm. 2nd part, 1 double bed of 140cm.
Outside, private terrace, closed with garden furniture. Equipment: refrigerator, induction hob, oven, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, barbecue, raclette machine, iron, television, vacuum cleaner, crockery and cutlery...
LOCATION: approximately 500 m from the main beach and 900 m from the town centre for all shops, and 550 m from the shopping centre.
