Holiday home located in the Sainte Anne area, la Grière, comprising on the ground floor an equipped kitchen open to the living room with television, a bedroom with 1 double bed with cupboard, a bathroom with bathtub, sink and separate toilet. Upstairs (steep staircase) a mezzanine (height less than 1m80) a 90cm bed, 1 sofa bed and wardrobe. 1 baby bed.
A closed courtyard not overlooked with garden furniture.. A private parking space. The estate has a renovated swimming pool with disabled access, private to the residence open in the summer season.

Location: 1km5 from shops, 300m from the beach via a pine wooded path belonging to the residence, 4km from La Tranche town centre.
End of stay cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
