Two bedrooms: one with a 140cm bed and the second with 2 0.80cm beds (new bedding). A bathroom with sink and walk-in shower, separate toilet. Outside, enclosed courtyard with sun loungers, terrace furniture and parasol. At the rear of the house, garage size: Door width 2.30 m. height 2.40 m. depth 7.90 m. obligation to return the car.
EQUIPMENT: television, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee maker, induction hob, fridge-freezer, electric grill.
End of stay cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
