This new 58 m2 apartment (equipped for people with reduced mobility), on the 2nd floor with interior view of the residence, can accommodate 4/6 people. It consists of a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160 and dressing room, a second bedroom with 2 single beds 80 that can be pushed together and dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. You will also enjoy a 14m2 balcony with terrace furniture. This apartment is suitable for people with reduced mobility. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
A private parking space is available free of charge, allowing one vehicle to be placed per apartment. Please note that there is no visitor space available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for rental (40€/week).
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (bed and high chair) available upon reservation and subject to availability.
End-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.
