This new 46 m2 apartment, located on the 1st floor facing the interior courtyard, can accommodate 2/4 people.
It consists of an entrance hall, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160 with dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC.
It also has a living room of 26.50m2 with a fitted kitchen open to the lounge area with sofa bed for 2 people and flat screen TV. You will also enjoy a balcony of approximately 17m2 with garden furniture and a private parking space. Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
A private parking space is available free of charge, allowing one vehicle per apartment. Please note that there is no visitor space available. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for rental (40€/week).
Pets allowed at no extra charge. Baby equipment (bed and high chair) available upon reservation and subject to availability.
The end-of-stay cleaning is to be carried out by the tenants.
