It consists of a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160 and dressing room, a second bedroom with 2 single beds 80 that can be pushed together and dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and WC. You will also enjoy a 14m2 balcony with terrace furniture and a private parking space (note no visitor space available). This apartment is suitable for People with Reduced Mobility. Pets allowed at no extra charge. Additional services and upon reservation: rental of sheets and towels, cleaning during stay and end of stay. heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, paid laundry room (washing machine/dryer). End-of-stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants. You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for rental (40€/week). Shops and restaurants 50m away, beach in front of the residence.
