Holiday house of 50m2 in a quiet area, which can accommodate 5 people, composed of a living room with lounge area, sofa and TV, open fitted kitchen (4 gas burners + electric oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker), a bathroom with shower and wc. A mezzanine with 2 sleeping areas with a 140 bed + wardrobe, and separate, another 90 bed + wardrobe. Another room located upstairs above the laundry room offers another bed for 2 people of 140. The laundry room has a washing machine and a dishwasher.
You will also enjoy an enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, a built-in barbecue and two sunbeds. Possibility of parking in the courtyard. Pets not allowed.
End of stay cleaning is to be done by the tenants.
Additional services on request: rental of sheets, towels and baby equipment. Rental of 4G wifi box possible: €40/week.
