-> 1 kitchen area (ceramic hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, small 1-door fridge, dishwasher),
-> 1 lounge area with 2 sofas, 1 armchair, 1 TV (flat screen/satellite), 1 micro-hifi system 1 fireplace (decorative only), which opens onto the terrace and garden,
- 1 corridor, in the living room, gives access to the bedrooms and bathrooms, divided into:
-> 3 spacious bedrooms, with large storage spaces, including 1 with 1 single bed and a 110 cm bed and the other 2 with 2 single beds. adjoining,
-> 1 bathroom (sink and shower) with toilet and washing machine, 1 separate toilet,
- 1 garage (accessible from the kitchen), used for storage, with 1 2-door refrigerator (conservatory compartment).

For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre. Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard. Cinema with 2 rooms and the latest films showing.
