La Tranche sur Mer, La Terrière, in a holiday residence close to the beach, semi-detached house opening onto an individual terrace with car parking space.
1 equipped kitchen area, 1 bathroom with sink, shower, toilet. Staircase for access to the bedrooms, 1 small bedroom with 1 140 cm bed, 1 small bedroom with 2 bunk beds, and 1 0.80 cm bed. Steep staircase not suitable for young children.
Equipment: television, electric hob, refrigerator, microwave oven, vacuum cleaner, freezer, furniture, washing machine, 1 iron, 1 caf. electric, cutlery and [hidden] storage room in the basement with freezer.
Upstairs (steep staircase) a mezzanine (height less than 1.80 m)
End of stay cleaning must be carried out by the tenant.
