Direct access to the beach, outdoor relaxation pool open from April to the 3rd week of September and heated from June, with paddling pool, jacuzzi and secure private parking, paid laundry room (washing machine / dryer).
This new 56 m2 apartment, on the ground floor, with sea view, can accommodate 4/6 people.
It consists of an entrance, a living room with fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room with flat screen TV, a bedroom with 1 double bed 160 and dressing room, a second bedroom with 2 single beds 80 that can be pushed together and dressing room, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet. You will also enjoy a beautiful 16m2 terrace with garden furniture and lounge, overlooking the garden of the residence, facing the swimming pool.
Also available free of charge, a private parking space allowing one vehicle per apartment. Please note that there is no visitor space available.
You also benefit from low-speed Wi-Fi access. A 4G box is available for rental (40€/week)
